A Procurement Officer is needed in Yanbu to manage spare parts and equipment procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement cycle from PR to PO and delivery
• Source and evaluate suppliers
• Negotiate with suppliers
• Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance teams
• Follow up on shipping and import procedures
• Document transactions and prepare reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain / Business Administration
• 5+ years of experience in industrial/manufacturing procurement
• Knowledge of local market, overseas sourcing, and import procedures
• Ability to read technical specifications and drawings
• Proficiency in English
• Experience with ERP systems
