A Procurement Officer is needed for a Civil Construction Projects team in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement and purchasing activities
• Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors
• Obtain and compare quotations
• Prepare Purchase Orders and follow up on deliveries
• Coordinate with project and engineering departments
• Ensure timely availability of construction materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• 3-5 years experience in procurement in civil construction industry
• Knowledge of construction materials
• Experience in supplier negotiations and quotation comparison
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
