Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement cycle
• Build procurement plans and place long-lead orders
• Procure materials to approved technical specifications
• Manage international sourcing and foreign currency quotations
• Handle import cycle and customs clearance in KSA
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor list

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related
• years procurement experience with international purchasing and imports
• Experience importing goods into Saudi Arabia (SABER, FASAH, Bayan) or GCC
• Strong negotiation skills and technical specification analysis
• ERP / procurement systems and advanced MS Excel skills
• CIPS, CSCP or equivalent certification
