A Senior Architectural Procurement Engineer is needed for a high-rise luxury hotel project in Medina, Saudi Arabia, by China Railway 18th Bureau Group.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of architectural materials
• Review material specifications and drawings
• Source and evaluate suppliers
• Coordinate with design and construction teams
• Monitor procurement schedules and budgets
• Ensure materials comply with project specifications

Requirements

• Experience in high-rise hotel tower construction projects
• Experience in architectural materials procurement for large-scale construction projects
• Knowledge of luxury hotel finishes and architectural specifications
• Experience in supplier negotiations and procurement tracking
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a relevant discipline
