A Procurement Officer is needed in Riyadh for a company in the IT sector.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requests and BOQs from project and IT teams
• Issue RFQs/RFPs for IT hardware, software licenses, and services
• Obtain comparable quotations and prepare comparison sheets
• Raise and follow up on purchase orders in the ERP system
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors
• Negotiate price, payment terms, warranty, and delivery conditions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or IT
• years of procurement experience, with 2 years in IT procurement
• Experience with ERP systems
• CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP certification preferred
• Valid Saudi residency or Saudi national
• Saudi driving license a plus
