A Procurement Officer is sought by a company in Riyadh for a mid-level to senior role in the Execution Department, managing the full procurement cycle for high-value projects.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requisitions and verify specifications
• Issue RFQs and secure competitive bids
• Prepare technical and commercial comparisons
• Issue and track POs and contracts
• Monitor supplier performance
• Coordinate with projects and other departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in the Saudi market
• Proven procurement experience in contracting and projects
• Strong negotiation, comparison and price analysis skills
• Knowledge of landscaping materials, finishes, civil works and MEP
• Transferable Iqama
