A Procurement Officer is needed for a project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare MARs and NMRs for HVAC & E&I
• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers
• Ensure timely material supply and delivery
• Obtain manufacturer documentation and material compliance records
• Support the Quality Department
• Manage supplier documentation and records

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Saudi Aramco projects
• Background in HVAC & E&I procurement
• Proficiency in preparing MARs and NMRs
• Knowledge of Aramco standards and documentation
• Excellent procurement and supplier management skills
• Ability to attend in-person interview in Khobar office
