A Procurement Officer is needed at a luxury hotel in Jubail.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily receiving, issuing, and transfers of materials
- Conduct regular cost audits for all hotel departments
- Prepare cost reports and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and internal controls
- Support month end closing activities
- Assist in menu engineering and recipe costing
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control
- Strong understanding of hotel cost structures
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with purchasing, stores, and kitchen teams
- Familiarity with iCloud Material Management System software (preferred)
