A Project Procurement Manager is sought for an Aramco project in Dammam.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement cycle for assigned projects
• Develop and implement project procurement plans
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Project Management, and Finance teams
• Manage vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and commercial terms
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and material schedules

Requirements

• Aramco approval
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
• + years of experience in project procurement
• Strong experience in Aramco/EPC projects
• Strong knowledge of Saudi suppliers and procurement procedures
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
