A Procurement Officer is sought by Shadow Design Company & SSOMCO in Al Hasa, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, to manage purchasing and procurement activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and procurement activities
• Source suppliers and negotiate prices
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations
• Prepare Purchase Orders and Material Requests
• Coordinate with project and other departments
• Ensure timely material delivery to project sites

Requirements

• Previous experience in Procurement / Purchasing
• Knowledge of construction, civil, MEP and fit-out materials
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• MS Excel and ERP systems knowledge
• Valid Saudi Driving License
• Transferable Iqama
