Responsibilities

• Source project materials according to project requirements and specifications
• Obtain competitive quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing
• Negotiate to secure the best prices and payment terms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers
• Arrange manpower rental and transfer requirements
• Coordinate operational requirements to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements

• Experience in procurement and operations
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian market
• Experience in purchasing mechanical, civil, electrical, and general materials
• Experience in manpower sourcing and workforce mobilization
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong relationships with suppliers and service providers
