Responsibilities

• Provide HR partnership and support for strategic and tactical initiatives
• Foster effective relationships with leaders and employees
• Influence and coach leaders and managers
• Manage employee relations and implement best practices
• Manage talent development and succession planning
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of compliance requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field
• 3+ years of HRBP experience
• Previous experience in coaching employees and management
• Strong foundation and knowledge of HR principles and practices
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
