The Payroll Analyst manages end-to-end payroll operations across Saudi Arabia and the UAE for a US-based electric vehicle manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll cycle
• Collect and validate payroll inputs
• Prepare payroll input files and perform calculations
• Coordinate with third-party provider
• Review payroll outputs and investigate discrepancies
• Administer payroll-related benefits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• 1-2 years of payroll processing experience in Saudi Arabia or UAE
• Experience with full payroll cycles and off-cycle runs
• Prior experience with third-party payroll providers
• Experience supporting payroll system implementation or migration
