Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementation across Core HR, Self-Service, and Security modules
• Understand business requirements and conduct gap analysis
• Design, configure, and customize Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
• Develop functional designs, prototypes, and conduct application testing
• Advise clients on Oracle HCM best practices and process improvements
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Strong expertise in Core HR, Employee Self-Service, and HCM Security
• Proven experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
• Excellent understanding of HR business processes and functional configuration
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English
• Strong consulting, analytical, and client-facing skills
