Mastek seeks a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant for a role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on cloud implementations across Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR modules.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end functional implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions
• Configure, test, and support Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR modules
• Execute complex payroll processing workflows and localized compliance setups
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business processes with Oracle Cloud best practices
• Support system integrations

Requirements

• years of experience as an Oracle Consultant with HCM Fusion Cloud focus
• Hands-on mastery of Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR modules
• Proven experience leading at least 3 End-to-End implementations
• Strong background in Payroll required
• Immediate joiner preferred
• Candidate residing in KSA with transferable Iqama preferred
