Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard delivery riders
- Manage and supervise riders daily
- Handle rider attendance and performance issues
- Coordinate rider accounts and delivery operations
- Monitor daily performance and achieve targets
- Handle rider concerns and operational challenges
Requirements
- Experience in managing delivery operations for HungerStation, Keeta, or ToYou
- Strong knowledge of rider/fleet management
- Experience recruiting and managing delivery riders
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Own car required
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team independently
