White Dome Logistics seeks an Operations Coordinator in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics, shipping, and transportation operations
• Communicate with freight forwarders and follow up on shipments
• Manage customs clearance procedures and documentation
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and service providers
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports
• Follow up on port activities and logistics systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong customer and supplier management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Good knowledge of FASAH, port-related systems, shipping documents, and customs clearance procedures
