The Metrology Manager leads the plant metrology function at Lucid, ensuring accurate dimensional measurement and analysis across manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day metrology activities
• Manage E-cube measurement process
• Define metrology priorities and resource allocation
• Establish standard operating practices
• Manage dimensional measurement strategies
• Lead scanbox measurement and analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Quality)
• + years of experience in automotive manufacturing
• + years of experience within OEM
• + years of leadership experience
• Strong background in Metrology and dimensional analysis
