MEP Technician for a facility maintenance project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and respond to breakdowns
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain service records
• Follow safety regulations and maintenance procedures

Requirements

• ITI, Diploma, or Technical Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, or related field
• Experience in facility management or commercial complexes preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and basic plumbing
• Building maintenance or school maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive and corrective maintenance
