Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs
• Conduct quantity take-offs
• Estimate costs
• Analyze supplier quotations
• Participate in tendering
• Negotiate with suppliers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5-7 years of experience in MEP estimation and quantity surveying
• Knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and drainage systems
• Experience in BOQ preparation and cost estimation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Good communication and negotiation skills
