Responsibilities
- Prepare MEP quantity take-offs and BOQs
- Request and analyze subcontractor quotations
- Price tenders and variations
- Coordinate with technical office and procurement
- Analyze and compare supplier quotations
- Support commercial success of construction projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in MEP cost estimation in Saudi Arabia
- Experience with MEP quantity take-offs and BOQs
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership
- Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD
