A Mechanical Head of Department is sought for a large-scale facilities/utilities project in Riyadh to lead mechanical operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical and BMS teams
• Evaluate team performance and provide guidance
• Prepare budget forecasts and control expenses
• Ensure smooth 24/7 operation of BMS team
• Maintain effective client communication
• Negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements

Requirements

• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Sound mechanical engineering knowledge
• Experience in large-scale facilities, utilities, or infrastructure projects
• Good knowledge of mechanical MEP systems and utility plants
• Strong troubleshooting and decision-making abilities
• Experience managing subcontractors and suppliers
