A Mechanical Engineer is needed for fit-out projects in Riyadh.
Responsibilities
- Design mechanical systems for interior fit-out projects
- Coordinate mechanical works with client requirements and project specifications
- Ensure mechanical works comply with industry standards
- Review and prepare mechanical drawings and technical documentation
- Coordinate with architectural, civil, electrical, and other MEP disciplines
- Manage project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in mechanical design and coordination for interior fit-out projects
- Experience in commercial, retail, office, hospital, or similar projects preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC Systems, Chilled Water Systems, Ventilation, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire-Fighting Systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant mechanical design software/tools
- Strong communication, technical coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills
