Responsibilities

• Review mechanical drawings and specifications
• Prepare technical submittals and review material compliance
• Supervise installation of mechanical works
• Coordinate with electrical, civil, and architectural teams
• Conduct inspections and testing of mechanical systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 7-10 years experience in commercial buildings and interior fit-out projects
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems
• AutoCAD and MS Office skills
• HVAC calculation software skills (preferred)
