A Mechanical Engineer is needed by Seerah for Operations & Maintenance in Facility Management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance
• Monitor HVAC, pumps, plumbing and mechanical systems
• Track work orders, schedules and response times
• Prepare FM reports, KPIs and SLA performance updates
• Coordinate clients, technicians and subcontractors
• Analyze maintenance data and maintain records

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Relevant FM and building maintenance experience
• Strong reporting and KPI monitoring skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• CAFM experience is an advantage
