Responsibilities

• Design intent assembly requirements for E-Motor assemblies
• Root cause analysis of product issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
• Develop and implement containment and corrective actions
• Analyze dyno data and correlate with engineering validation data
• Champion resolution of recurring production issues

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering with 5+ years of experience
• Experience in product problem solving and test automation tools
• Proficiency in Catia or 3DX, SQL, JMP, etc.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Engineering-in-Training (EIT) certification or equivalent
