Responsibilities

• Prepare and review technical material submittals
• Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit
• Resolve technical site queries
• Coordinate mechanical services with other disciplines
• Interface with vendors and consultants
• Produce detailed shop drawings

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5-7 years of experience as a Technical / Mechanical Engineer
• SCE registration preferred
• Expertise in Material Submittal review and approval procedures
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks / BIM
• Experience on High-Rise Towers and Hotel / Hospitality projects
