Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, specifications and BOQs
• Perform mechanical quantity takeoff and pricing
• Verify quantities
• Compare supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Estimate mechanical project costs
• Price and tender projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• years of experience in Mechanical Cost Estimation
• Experience in mechanical quantity takeoff and pricing
• Experience with HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing & Irrigation systems
• Saudi experience mandatory
• Ability to read and analyze drawings, specifications and BOQs
