A Material Coordinator is needed for an Oil & Gas EPC project in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, by Gulfaar Group.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material receiving, tracking, and inventory control
• Manage material requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery follow-up
• Oversee warehouse and site material management
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, vendors, and suppliers
• Maintain material documentation, GRNs, MTCs, and material tracking reports

Requirements

• Proven experience as Material Coordinator in EPC Oil & Gas projects
• Experience in material receiving, tracking, inventory control, and reconciliation
• Knowledge of material requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery follow-up
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• SAP/ERP experience is an advantage
• Saudi Aramco project experience is preferred
