Responsibilities

• Develop sales and marketing department from scratch
• Create and implement business and growth strategies
• Develop sales and marketing plans for contracting and facilities management sector
• Identify new business opportunities
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress
• Manage customer relationships, proposals, contracts, and tenders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing
• 5+ years of leadership experience in sales, business development, or marketing
• Experience in contracting, facilities management, or B2B services
• Proven track record of sales growth and business development
• Experience in developing business strategies and building teams
