A Production Manager is needed for a company in Shaqra City to oversee plant operations and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
- Manage production shifts, line supervisors, and operators
- Ensure lines run to approved procedures, safety rules, and quality standards
- Review shift reports, downtime, and losses, and lead corrective action
- Own the maintenance plan for the whole plant
- Coordinate with head office procurement for material availability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing
- 3+ years of experience managing production and maintenance teams
- Experience with PET bottling lines and utilities
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP/ISO 22000, and HSE requirements
- Strong planning, leadership, and supplier-coordination skills
