The MJEPS is seeking a QHSE Manager for Rig Move, Transportation and Equipment Rental projects in the Oil & Gas - Drilling Services sector.
Responsibilities
- Author and execute Rig Move Plans and journey management protocols
- Provide on-site QHSE oversight during critical phases
- Risk-assess and clear high-risk operations
- Enforce equipment and fleet inspections
- Implement quality tracking metrics
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Occupational Health & Safety
- 5-8 years of QHSE experience with 3 years in a leading position
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
- Lifting & Rigging Supervision certification (e.g., LEEA)
- Native or professional fluency in English
- Technical field mastery in Oil & Gas transportation, Rig Move and heavy lifting regulations
