Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Management
- years of manufacturing operations experience
- Experience in EPS/XPS, plastics, or construction materials manufacturing preferred
- Strong knowledge of production processes and cost control
- Excellent leadership and team-management skills
- Multi-site operational management experience across Qatar and Saudi Arabia is an advantage
