HSE Manager for a high-rise luxury hotel tower development in Medina.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement HSE policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and safety standards
• Conduct risk assessments and site inspections
• Supervise HSE teams and coordinate with construction management
• Monitor high-risk activities
• Lead safety training and emergency preparedness

Requirements

• Experience in high-rise tower construction and 5-star hotel projects
• HSE experience on major construction projects
• Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE qualifications
• Saudi construction experience
• Knowledge of KSA HSE requirements
