A Cost Manager/Quantity Surveying Manager is needed in Riyadh for a construction company.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects
• Oversee quantity surveying
• Handle cost management
• Lead a team
• Negotiate contracts
• Monitor project progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• 15+ years of construction industry experience
• 5+ years in a managerial or senior commercial/QS position
• Experience in housing and villa construction projects
• FIDIC-based contracts experience (preferred)
• MRICS certification (advantageous)
