A Programme Manager is needed for a Telecom & ICT project in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Own programme scope, schedule, cost and benefits
• Lead and coordinate project managers and teams
• Run governance and steering committees
• Report to executive management and clients
• Manage risk and change control
• Oversee vendor and subcontractor contracts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT or related field
• + years of experience in telecom/ICT projects
• + years as programme or portfolio lead
• PgMP or PMP certification
• Proven experience in large rollouts
• Fluent English
