A Shift Superintendent (Rigger 1) leads safe and efficient cargo operations at a terminal in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Lead container and general cargo terminal activity during shift
• Ensure safe and efficient lifting operations
• Oversee Rigger 1s and lifting teams
• Assign tasks to Rigger 1s and rigging personnel
• Monitor and coach personnel on safe equipment selection and use
• Ensure compliance with approved SOPs and HSSE requirements

Requirements

• Valid Rigger 1 qualification
• Experience in cargo handling and lifting operations
• Knowledge of HSSE requirements and port procedures
• Leadership and supervision skills
• Communication and coordination skills
