A Manager is sought for the Aluminium Division by a company based in Bahrain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Aluminium fabrication and installation activities
• Oversee estimation, tendering, and sales functions
• Manage factory operations and production planning
• Control project budgets and monitor financial performance
• Maintain client, consultant, and supplier relationships
• Lead and develop engineering and production teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related)
• 15+ years of experience in Aluminium and Glazing projects
• 10+ years of experience in the GCC region
• Proven record in estimation, execution, and P&L management
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• GCC driving license (advantageous)
