A Quality & Food Technology Officer is needed at ATYAAFCO Food Industries in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run the food safety system (HACCP)
• Act as food facility manager with SFDA
• Inspect incoming materials and finished products
• Prepare technical files for new products
• Prepare for certification audits and SFDA inspections
• Train staff and manage lab testing

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Food Science, Technology, Nutrition, Microbiology or Chemistry
• HACCP certificate (Level 3 or above)
• 3+ years of experience in quality at a food manufacturing plant
• Hands-on experience building a quality system
• Written Arabic and English, and Excel skills
• Saudi national or expat with transferable iqama
