Technical Civil & Structural Manager for high-rise and luxury hospitality development at China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CRCC 18) in Medina, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil and structural technical activities
• Review and approve structural drawings and design calculations
• Coordinate with design consultants, clients, and construction teams
• Review structural design solutions and construction methodologies
• Ensure design coordination between disciplines
• Resolve technical issues and design discrepancies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 15+ years of experience in civil and structural engineering
• Experience in high-rise towers and 5-star hotel projects
• Knowledge of structural systems, reinforced concrete, steel structures
• Technical management, design coordination, and consultant management experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
