An Operations Manager is sought by a steel fabrication and structural steel company in Riyadh to oversee daily workshop operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fabrication shop operations
• Plan and monitor production schedules
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• + years as Operations/Workshop Manager
• Experience in steel fabrication and structural steel
• Knowledge of fabrication shop operations and production planning
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with safety procedures and quality standards is preferred
