Technical Civil & Steel Structural Manager for a luxury hotel tower development in Medina, Saudi Arabia, working for China Railway 18th Bureau Group.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical management of civil, structural, and steel structural engineering activities
• Review structural design drawings, calculations, and specifications
• Manage steel structure detailing and fabrication drawings
• Coordinate civil, structural steel, and architectural interfaces
• Review and manage shop drawings and technical proposals
• Coordinate with consultants, designers, and construction teams

Requirements

• Experience in 5-star hotel construction projects
• Experience in high-rise building and complex structural construction
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Knowledge of reinforced concrete and structural steel systems
• Experience in structural design coordination and technical reviews
• Strong leadership experience managing technical engineering teams
