Deputy Manager for plant shutdown and projects in Jubail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of maintenance and shutdown projects
• Manage project teams and resources efficiently
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with client standards and HSE requirements
• Lead negotiations and maintain client relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 12-15 years of relevant experience
• 8-10 years in maintenance and shutdown projects in Oil & Gas
• 5 years of experience in Gulf countries, preferably in Saudi Arabia
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent resource management skills
