Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
• + years of automotive experience
• Experience with DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R, DFM, & RCA
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
• Prior experience leading people in a manufacturing environment
• Technical depth in automotive drive unit assemblies
