A Construction Manager is sought by a construction company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, to oversee high-rise building projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of high-rise construction projects
• Manage concrete works, including formwork and pouring
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple work fronts
• Coordinate with consultants, design teams, and subcontractors
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• years of construction experience, preferably in high-rise buildings
• Strong experience in reinforced concrete structures and major concrete works
• Experience in fast-track construction projects
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and AutoCAD is preferred
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
