Responsibilities

• Manage site activities
• Coordinate with clients and consultants
• Lead construction teams and subcontractors
• Oversee project schedules
• Ensure testing and commissioning activities
• Solve problems on site

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Approved as Site Manager
• + years of experience in electrical substation construction
• Experience with SEC projects preferred
• Knowledge of HV/MV substations and electrical installation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
