An Operations Manager is sought by a company in the Construction & Services Sector to oversee operations across Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, sites, and operational resources
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality
• Lead project managers, supervisors, and labor teams
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Manage contracts, POs, and variation orders
• Monitor productivity and operational KPIs

Requirements

• years of experience in operations, project management, or construction
• Saudi/GCC experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of project management, cost control, and HSE
• Proficiency in MS Office; MS Project or ERP systems an advantage
• Excellent English, Arabic, and Hindi communication skills
• Saudi driving licence preferred
