A detail-driven Estimator is needed for the Commercial team at RGS in Dammam.

Responsibilities

• Review project scopes and requirements
• Visit sites to gather information
• Research labor costs and material prices
• Carry out data analysis and forecasting
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors
• Prepare cost analyses and submit estimates

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience as Estimator in construction or scaffolding
• Solid understanding of financial and project management principles
• In-depth knowledge of estimation formulas and data analysis
• Strong math and IT skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (advantage)
