An Operations Manager is sought by a company in Dammam to oversee and optimize operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes
• Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
• Manage fabrication operations involving various products
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources and manpower

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline
• MBA or relevant management qualification preferred
• years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
• At least 5 years in a senior management or Operations Manager role
• Experience in steel fabrication, pressure vessels, and other industries
• Previous work experience with Saudi Aramco and/or SABIC projects

Benefits

• Salary range: 14,000 - 16,000 SAR
