Manager leads Resident Product Engineering team for Body Structures, Closures, and Low Voltage Harness at Lucid, a Saudi Arabia-based electric vehicle manufacturer.
Responsibilities
- Lead RPE team for Body Structures, Closures, and LV Harness
- Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions
- Escalate engineering issues to cross-functional teams
- Coordinate with Vehicle Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams
- Support launch readiness and operational improvement
- Develop processes and standards for efficient resource use
Requirements
- + years of automotive product engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering or related
- + years of engineering leadership or people management experience
- Experience with BIW manufacturing, closure assembly, and LV harness routing
- Knowledge of failure mode management tools and quality methods
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills
